Roscoe and Willow have been eating Royal Canin Breed Health Nutrition Yorkshire Terrier Puppy Dry Dog Food since we brought them home from the vet. It’s a little on the pricey side, but you get what you pay for and this appears to be a very high-quality puppy food made specifically for the Yorkshire Terriers.

The Kong toy has been a GREAT gadget to keep our Yorki’s occupied during the day. I like to fill the Kong with their daily dog food, add a little water and then seal it up with peanut butter and freeze overnight. The next day we give it to the pups and they are occupied for hours trying to get out the treats and lick their way through the frozen peanut butter.

The PetSafe Smart Feed Automatic Dog Feeder has been a life saver for us. It not only keeps the puppies on a regimented feeding schedule, but it allows us to monitor all activities remotely though the app that you install on our smartphone.

These portable transparent walls have been great for building puppy-zones that allow Roscoe and Willow to play without getting into too much trouble.  I like the fact that the puppies can see through them so they don’t feel so isolated.

This is one of the newest additions for Roscoe and Willow. It’s a smart pet door that will only allow animals that have their microchip ID entered into the system to be able to enter through the door. It’s pretty slick and doesn’t require any additional collar to gain access through the door. It does come with two RFID tags that can be used for pets that aren’t microchipped.

Today we ended up buying each of the puppies a leash which came very highly recommended by our trainer. They look nice and supposedly hold up well.  It’s made in the USA so that helps 🙂
